Baize, the runtime for intelligent employees
Baize gives an AI employee a place to work: a persistent identity, durable context, connected communication channels and a runtime that keeps tasks moving.
It is designed for teams that want an AI teammate inside everyday operations—not another chat window that forgets when the conversation ends.

What Baize brings together
| Capability | What it means for a team |
|---|---|
| Continuous work | Tasks can continue across sessions, schedules and handoffs. |
| Retained context | Decisions, preferences and working state remain available when work resumes. |
| One employee, many entrances | Web Console, Feishu/Lark, WeCom and other channels share the same employee identity. |
| Direct Agent collaboration | Multiple specialist Agents can delegate work directly when A2A is enabled. |
| Governed operations | Access, discovery and audit stay visible to the people responsible for the organization. |
The product boundary
Baize Core runs a complete single-instance intelligent employee. Web Console, memory, scheduling, components and standard communication channels can be installed and used freely.
A2A Agent collaboration and Admin Workspace are commercial-version capabilities and require a commercial authorization. They extend one employee into a governed network of cooperating Agents; they are not required for a single-instance deployment.
