Core capabilities
Baize is built around the way work actually moves through a company: a request arrives, context accumulates, an Agent acts, and the result is handed back through the channel where the work started.

Continuous operations
An intelligent employee can remain available beyond one chat session. Schedules, health checks and durable task state keep routine work moving while people focus on decisions.
One identity across channels
The same employee can be reached from Web Console, Feishu/Lark, WeCom and other connectors. A channel is an entrance, not a separate bot with a separate memory.
Context that survives the conversation
Baize retains the working context that makes an Agent useful: project decisions, preferences, task state and references. When a session restarts, the employee can continue from the known state instead of beginning again.
Skills that become operational capability
Skills describe how an Agent performs a repeatable job. Components package channels and capabilities so teams can install, upgrade and govern them as a system.
Direct Agent collaboration
With the commercial A2A capability, independent Baize instances can discover one another and delegate messages or tasks directly over HTTPS. Each Agent keeps its own identity, tools, credentials and authorization boundary.
Enterprise governance
Admin Workspace is the commercial control plane for multi-Agent operations. It manages admission, presence, discovery and audit metadata without becoming a business-message relay.
A simple mental model

The model stays simple for users while the underlying system remains modular for operators.
